Youth Yoga & Mindfulness Classes

Yoga and mindfulness classes at your site for pre-school through high school-aged youth

Weekly (or more) yoga and mindfulness classes follow our curriculum aligned with social-emotional learning competencies and may be desk-side or mat-based. Each tailored session incorporates age-appropriate yoga postures and movements; mindfulness games and activities; breath work; and meditation and relaxation techniques that youth can use to manage stress, focus on tasks, and regulate emotional responses.
