Staff Wellness Classes

We understand the great amount of time and energy you invest in your work with youth, as well as the need to take care of yourself to prevent high stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout in the field. This program includes weekly (or, more) yoga and mindfulness classes, specifically designed for your site and the work that staff do, as well as other resources to encourage starting or maintaining a consistent and meaningful yoga & mindfulness practice. 

We also offer specialized staff retreat programming.
