Our mission is to empower youth to face everyday stress and significant life challenges with resilience and calm through yoga and mindfulness techniques. Our strengths-based and trauma-sensitive programming supports physical and mental health, positive behavior, and healthy relationships.

Request for Programming

We offer school-age youth the powerful tools of yoga and mindfulness through ongoing classes held at schools and youth organizations. We also support schools, as well as youth development and mental health organizations, through self-care programming for staff, as we believe that in order to take care of our youth, staff must have resources to take care of themselves and one another.

Our yoga teachers lead yoga and mindfulness sessions that encourage social-emotional learning for youth and staff at schools and youth organizations.
