A Virtual Course for Educators and Youth Service Providers Led by Chelesa S. Holden, LMSW

Stay tuned for upcoming course dates!

Do you work with youth, and need innovative and effective tools to help them manage the impact of significant stress and challenge? Want to create a more calm and collaborative classroom or therapeutic environment? Looking for resources for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellness, and you take care of others?

Teachers, parents, counselors, social workers, therapists, after-school workers, and all who work with school-aged youth, this course is for you. You’ll explore the physical, mental, and emotional health benefits of yoga and mindfulness practices for youth, and learn ways to effectively and practically integrate yoga and mindfulness techniques into your work, toward helping youth to focus, manage strong emotions, and work well with others. This course will also offer you the tools and inspiration to use yoga and mindfulness as self-care practices, to manage stress and discourage burnout as someone who takes care of others.

All levels of experience with yoga and mindfulness (including no experience!) are welcome!
